The Trickster Trailer was designed & built by artists Isabel Ferreira and Bean.

Working from the Trickster Trailer the artists toured the Kent Downs proposed UNESCO Cross-Channel Geopark area conducting studio research & holding community gatherings.

The tour, ‘what lies beneath us is before us, what lies before us is beneath us’, included the Warren, Devils Kneading Trough, Perry Woods, Holborough Marshes and the river Darent.

Responding to the sites, their research explored ideas surrounding the journey & cycles of the water; what is brought to the surface and buried again, and how this relates to human experience in the past, present and future.

Each location culminated in the production of site-specific, temporary sculpture and this publication.

The publication is available to purchase for £10 via plutofiorino@gmail.com here you can see photocopies of the original riso print and the corresponding pamphlet of 'The Journey to the Sacred Mushroom'.
